Becoming a PRINCE2 Practitioner is a necessary qualification for anyone managing projects within the PRINCE2 environment. Our accredited 5 day PRINCE2 Practitioner training course will provide you with a detailed understanding of PRINCE2 theory and how to apply this to large and small scale projects.
The course will take the format of a combination of presentations/teaching, with hands-on workshops and scenario-based work.
You will take the PRINCE2 Foundation exam and the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam as part of the course (costs are included in the course fees).

PRINCE2 Practitioner Course Prerequisites
Delegates will ideally have some experience with project management, although this is not essential.
PRINCE2 Pre-Course Work and Reading
Delegates will be given a copy of our pre-course workbook and the PRINCE2 Manual before attending this course. Delegates are advised to begin the pre-course work and reading 3 weeks prior to the course start date.
PRINCE2 Practitioner Exams
Both the PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner exams will be taken during the course.

PRINCE2 Practitioner Training Course Content
The PRINCE2 Practitioner course content covers the 3 days of PRINCE2 Foundation Training, plus the additional theory and exam from the PRINCE2 Practitioner Conversion course.

I attended a PRINCE2 Practitioner course provided by Silicon Beach Training. The administration pre, during, and post course was efficient. The venue was spacious and well equipped and the training materials were good. The trainer new the material very well and gave good examination technique advice. I would use Silicon Beach again.
Who would have thought that a PRINCE2 Training Course would have been so much fun!
